CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”
Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:
Refunds will be issued to the same ‘bank account / card / wallet / website wallet’ used for placing the order.
Note: For repeated prepaid order cancellation/RTO from one account or multiple accounts, may deduct cancellation fee (₹100 or actual banking transaction fee, whichever is higher) along with actual shipping cost for all such orders from refundable amount.
RETURN POLICY
Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

* Refund Amount = Price of the Product(s) – Applicable Return Fee
Any COD Fee or Shipping Charges paid for the original order are non-refundable.
Customer would have the option of sending the product back by herself or avail reverse pickup facilitated via third party courier companies. In case, the customer opts to avail the reverse pickup by third party courier companies, a “Return Fee” would be applicable. In case the customer opts to send the product(s) herself, there won’t be any Return Fee.

In case, reverse pickup by third party courier company is not feasible due to any reason, customer will have to send the product(s) back to our warehouse herself and applicable Return Fee, if charged, will be added to the Refund Amount.
Customer will have two options to receive refund:
Refund is processed once the product(s) is/are received at our warehouse (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and pass(es) quality checks. Please note that reverse parcel takes anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer can initiate exchange for product or size. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:
Customer would have the option of sending the product back by herself or avail reverse pickup facilitated via third party courier companies. In case, the customer opts to avail the reverse pickup by third party courier companies, an ‘Exchange Fee’ of ₹150 would be applicable. In case the customer opts to send the product(s) herself, there won’t be any Exchange Fee.

In case, reverse pickup by third party courier company is not feasible due to any reason, customer will have to send the product(s) back to our warehouse herself and applicable Exchange Fee, if charged, will be cancelled (in case of COD exchange order) or credited to customer’s wallet (in case of prepaid exchange order).
Exchange order is processed once the product(s) is/are received at our warehouse (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and pass(es) quality checks. Please note that reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us.
If there is any excess amount after exchange order is created, it will be credited to customer’s website wallet. This amount will be auto-deducted from payable amount of any future order on our website.
Size Exchange
We take great care in dispatching garments as per size mentioned in our size charts. For one size alteration, we expect our clients to get the alteration done by themselves as we leave enough margin in our garments to even make them one size bigger.
CUSTOM TAILORED / ALTERED ITEMS
We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCLUDED CATEGORIES
For marked in excluded categories, there is no ‘Return / Exchange’ available.
NON-ACCEPTANCE OF COD ORDERS
In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers may not be able to place COD order on our website in future or will have to compulsorily verify mobile numbers to place COD orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders (shipping out of India), there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.
Note: International order may incur additional import charges by foreign country’s government’s custom/relevant department. Though, usually there is no import charge for textiles. Customer will have to bear such charges.
